Role Description The Store Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kadi, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and inventory management. This includes monitoring stock levels, coordinating inbound and outbound materials, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining orderly storage systems. The role involves supervising store staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and company procedures.

Supervisor works closely with procurement, production,



and logistics teams to meet project timelines and support customer requirements. The position also focuses on optimizing store processes, minimizing material variances, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Robust Supervisory Skills with experience leading store or warehouse teams and managing daily operations.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, ensuring timely and accurate support to project and client needs.
- Solid understanding of inventory control, material handling, and basic documentation procedures.
- Ability to work on-site in Kadi, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prior experience in store or warehouse supervision within manufacturing, construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in using inventory management systems or ERP tools is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial.
