Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following or a closely related technical discipline:

Electronics or Electrical Engineering

Computer Science or Information Technology

Robotics, Artificial Intelligence or Data Science

Engineering or Technology

Candidates with a different academic background may be considered only if they possess strong and demonstrable professional experience in technical STEM education, including areas such as Electronics, Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, or hands-on STEM facilitation.

Technical & Professional Competencies Candidates should have: Knowledge of Electronics, Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, Computer Science, Design Thinking, or related STEM areas.

Ability to operate and troubleshoot STEM kits, hardware, software, and electronic components.

Enthusiasm for STEM education and hands-on learning.

Ability to teach and mentor students with effective classroom management.

Clear, age-appropriate communication and positive teamwork, organisation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in STEM teaching, technical training, school education,



or working with children is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on STEM sessions aligned with the 2nd Foundation curriculum.

Conduct experiments, coding, prototyping, and problem-solving activities

Prepare, manage, and troubleshoot STEM labs, kits, materials, and software.

Monitor student engagement, learning, and progress.

Mentor students for exhibitions, competitions, demonstrations, and innovation projects.

Coordinate with schools, teachers, and academic, technical, and operations teams.

Maintain session records, feedback, inventory, and field documentation.

Participate in training, reviews, assessments, and professional development.

Work Requirements

Ability to conduct multiple sessions, handle STEM equipment, relocate to assigned schools, and travel within India as required.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with the central team.
