AGM – Tunnel
- Managing overall tunnel construction, repair, rehabilitation and maintenance activities as per project requirements.
- Leading site execution teams and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and within the scheduled timeline.
- Planning and monitoring tunnel activities including excavation, rock bolting, shotcrete, grouting, wire mesh, forepoling, steel rib installation and other NATM support systems.
- Reviewing geological conditions and coordinating appropriate tunnel support measures in accordance with approved methodology and drawings.
- Managing manpower, machinery, materials and subcontractors to achieve planned productivity and project targets.
- Coordinating with clients, consultants and project management teams regarding technical issues, progress,



quality and site requirements.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying delays and implementing corrective measures to improve productivity.
- Ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety procedures and project requirements.
- Preparing and reviewing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, work plans and resource requirements.
- Supporting project planning, cost control, material planning and execution strategy for tunnel works.
- Leading and mentoring engineering and site execution teams to ensure effective project delivery.
