As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them with questions, orders, product information and concerns across different communication channels.
Respond to customer queries across WhatsApp, email, calls and social media
Assist customers with product information, orders, payments, shipping, exchanges and returns
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and dispatch to resolve issues
Ensure every customer interaction is transparent, helpful and aligned with the brand voice
Support in creating a smooth and positive post-purchase experience
Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plus
Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and messaging platforms
Basic understanding of tools such as WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets/Excel and CRM platforms
A genuine interest in people and creating good customer experiences
Someone who is warm, attentive, organised and genuinely enjoys helping people - someone who understands that great customer service is not just about answering questions, but about making people feel heard and cared for. Freshers are welcome to apply if they have the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
