Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and scale the platform -a secure, multi-service platform used by our clients.This is a hands-on individual contributor role, where you will work across cloud infrastructure, container platforms, and CI/CD systems to enable reliable, secure, and scalable software delivery. You will play a key role in improving developer experience, strengthening platform security, and driving engineering excellence.

Specific Job Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code practices across multiple environments.

- Operate and scale containerized application platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable consistent, automated build, test, and deployment workflows.

- Improve developer experience by standardizing deployment patterns, environments, and tooling.

- Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure and delivery pipelines, including secrets management and access control.

- Manage cloud networking and application access patterns, ensuring secure and optimized traffic flow.

- Contribute to observability and reliability engineering, including monitoring, logging, tracing, and incident response improvements.

- Collaborate with application teams to ensure smooth delivery and operational excellence across services.

- Promote platform standardization, automation, and governance across environments.

Experience Required





- 4-6 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Engineering

- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms and core infrastructure concepts

- Experience managing containerized environments in production

- Proficiency in infrastructure as code

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge

- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and pipeline design

- Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar)

- Good understanding of cloud networking concepts, identity and access management, and secure application delivery practices

- Experience with platform scalability and multi-environment setups

- Exposure to security and compliance practices in cloud environments

- Familiarity with policy enforcement and governance models

- Understanding of up-to-date application architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems);

experience supporting developer platforms or internal tooling

Mental/Physical Requirements

Fast paced environment handling multiple demands. Must be able to exercise appropriate judgment as necessary. Requires a high level of initiative and independence. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Requires the ability to use a personal computer for extended periods of time.
