nRole Description

nThis is a full time, on-site position for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at our Bengaluru center located on Sarjapur Road .

nThe Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based intervention for children experiencing speech, language, communication, social communication, feeding, and swallowing difficulties.

nThe successful candidate will collaborate closely with families, educators, Occupational Therapists, Behavioral Therapists, Special Educators, and Psychologists to design and implement individualized therapy programs that improve communication skills and overall quality of life.

nKey Responsibilities





n Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.

nDevelop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans.

n Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions.

nSupport children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Developmental Delays, Learning Disabilities, Speech Sound Disorders, and Social Communication Disorders.

n Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, and therapy documentation without fail

nProvide parent coaching, home programs, and caregiver guidance.

n Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.

nMonitor and track client progress and modify treatment plans as required.

n Contribute to the development of innovative therapy practices and technology-enabled service delivery.

nQualifications

nRequirements

nMinimum 2+ years of pediatric therapy experience.(Mandatory)

n Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology (MASLP/M.Sc SLP) or equivalent.

nRCI Registration mandatory

n Strong clinical knowledge of speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders.

nExcellent assessment and intervention planning skills.

n Strong interpersonal and family engagement skills.

nAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

n Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD,



Developmental Delays, and Learning Disabilities.

nKnowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems.

n Experience in Early Intervention and School Readiness Programs.

nStrong documentation and progress-tracking skills.
