JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist current and existing customers with technical consulting during pre-sales and implementation phases.
- To be responsible for successful planning and implementation when deals become projects.
- Third-level technical support for complex cases requiring customer consultation Participation in customer pre-studies, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects
- Training of Sales and Integration Partners (SIs) and customers in Product Installation, Configuration and Operations.
- Co-operation with GlobalSign Group level Product Management, R&D; team, and Sales team

Pre-Sales Engagement:

- Partner with Account Managers to qualify opportunities and define technical requirements.
- Deliver advanced technical presentations, demos, and workshops to enterprise customers.
- Solution Architecture:
- Design PKI solutions for large-scale deployments, including integration with Active Directory, HSMs, IoT, and cloud environments.
- Provide guidance on compliance and cryptographic best practices.
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and pilot implementations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues during evaluation and deployment phases.




- Customer Advocacy:
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal product teams.
- Gather feedback to influence product roadmap and enhancements.
- Enablement & Training:
- Conduct technical enablement sessions for partners and internal teams.
- Stay updated on PKI standards, cryptographic algorithms, and emerging security trends.

At a minimum, the responsibilities include:

- Using information assets for authorized purposes only.
- Understanding the security classification of information assets and using the information assets accordingly.
- Not disclosing or releasing direct or indirect information assets to any third-party without appropriate authorized management approval.
- Protecting information assets placed in the care of users from misuse, disclosure, theft, and destruction, whether it is by accident or deliberate means.





GlobalSign employees will be required to sign the Acceptable Use Policy that stipulates their responsibilities in terms of information security at the start of their employment and at any time these are updated.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- 2-4 years of experience in security domain.
- Deep understanding of PKI concepts : Certificate Authorities (CA), Registration Authorities (RA), CRL, OCSP. TLS/SSL, digital signatures, encryption, and key management.
- Hands-on experience with CLM vendors
- Familiarity with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and cloud PKI solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Windows - AD, IIS, MSCA, Azure, Azure AD, Office365, and experience of integration with MSCA, AD, IIS with any DB is plus.
- Linux - Apache, Nginx, Tomcat
- Database At least one of MS SQL, MySQL, Maria DB, MongoDB
- Network Internet/Intranet tools, appliances, and their features
- Able to evaluate customer requirements, both technical and non-technical, and select, present and demonstrate a corresponding solution.
- Solid Interpersonal Skills and Capability to discuss with Customers Across many Organizational Level.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

- 2-4 years of Sales Engineer/Consulting Engineer
- Development/Operation experience is plus
- Systems engineer in systems integration industry is plus
- Cybersecurity and HSM industry experience is plus.
