Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 15+ years of software engineering experience and a strong background in designing and delivering enterprise-scale Java-based applications on cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic architecture leadership to define scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across complex enterprise environments.

This role requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to establish solution blueprints, drive architecture decisions, oversee integrations, and ensure successful delivery across multiple engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise Java applications across multiple business modules.
- Establish architecture standards, design principles, implementation guidelines, and best practices for scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews, evaluate technical trade-offs, and ensure alignment across development teams.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and technical leads to translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Design and oversee enterprise integrations using REST APIs, messaging platforms, and event-driven architectures.
- Guide implementation teams on architecture, performance optimization, security, and scalability best practices.
- Establish governance around observability, logging, monitoring, security, and compliance across cloud-native applications.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to communicate solution direction, implementation strategy, and technical risks.




- Drive proof-of-concepts for emerging Java frameworks, cloud-native technologies, and modernization initiatives.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote architecture excellence across multiple concurrent projects.

Required Qualifications

- 15+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in Solution Architect or Technical Architecture leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in designing and modernizing large-scale distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Solid hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and enterprise application development.
- Extensive experience designing RESTful APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
- Experience with messaging and streaming technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar platforms.
- Engage with executive stakeholders to communicate roadmap direction and roadmap risks.
- Drive proof-of-concepts for emerging AI/ML capabilities and evaluate their production readiness.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including performance optimization and data architecture.
- Proven experience leading solution architecture across multiple engineering teams and enterprise transformation programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar tools).
- Familiarity with API Gateway, service mesh, and cloud-native observability tools.
- Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as Jira, GitHub, Bitbucket, or other ALM tools.
- Exposure to domain-driven design (DDD), clean architecture, and modern software design patterns.
- Experience in Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, or Enterprise SaaS environments is highly desirable.
