Role Overview

We are looking for a Solution Consultant who can bridge client business challenges with innovative Talent Intelligence and HR Tech solutions . You will work closely with enterprise clients to understand their talent needs, design solutions, lead implementations, and drive measurable customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and talent objectives.
- Design solutions across hiring, assessments, learning, coaching, talent development, and workforce transformation .
- Conduct discovery workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution design sessions.
- Develop assessment frameworks, competency models, benchmarking approaches, and success metrics.
- Lead end-to-end solution implementation, including pilots, PoCs, and client deployments .
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Consulting teams to deliver client requirements.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, governance, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive client onboarding,



adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Contribute to reusable solution frameworks, consulting playbooks, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

- Up to 4 years of relevant experience in HR Tech, Talent Assessments, Consulting, Organizational Development, Customer Success, or Enterprise SaaS.
- Strong understanding of talent assessments, behavioural evaluation, and talent decision-making .
- Experience handling enterprise clients and solution implementations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and client-facing abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business, product, data, and technology teams .
- A customer-focused, structured, and outcome-oriented mindset.
