About the RoleSHREEV LIVINGS is looking for a smart, organized, responsible, and confident Personal Assistant to support management in day-to-day business activities.

/n

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good follow-up ability, solid time management, and the confidence to coordinate with clients, vendors, employees, and external contacts.

/n

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups of management
/n
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal team members
/n
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and important communications
/n
- Maintain and organize documents, reports, quotations, and other business records
/n
- Prepare meeting notes, task lists, and follow-up reports
/n
- Track pending work and ensure timely follow-up with concerned team members
/n




- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and business appointments
/n
- Assist management in daily administrative and operational activities
/n
- Maintain confidentiality of company and business-related information
/n
- Follow up on important tasks, deadlines, payments, meetings, and commitments
/n
- Prepare basic Excel reports, presentations, and business documents
/n
- Support management in coordinating multiple projects and priorities
/n
- Handle other responsibilities assigned by management
/n

Requirements

/n

/n
- 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role
/n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
/n
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
/n
- Strong WhatsApp, email, and phone communication skills
/n
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
/n
- Good time management and organizational skil
