About The Role

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Manual Tester with a specialized focus on health claims processing within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience working with the TCS BaNCS platform, ensuring the integrity and quality of health insurance claim workflows. This role is pivotal in validating system functionalities, ensuring adherence to business rules, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business analysts, domain experts, and development teams to facilitate comprehensive testing, defect management, and process improvements. Qualifications

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with relevant experience in the insurance domain. Prior exposure to health claims processing and familiarity with TCS BaNCS is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent documentation capabilities.

Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with test management and defect tracking tools will be advantageous. The role requires a proactive mindset, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team to meet project deadlines and quality benchmarks.





Responsibilities The primary responsibilities include performing end-to-end testing of health insurance claims modules within the TCS BaNCS platform. This involves validating claim adjudication, settlement processes, policy linkage, and payment workflows to ensure they operate seamlessly and accurately. The tester will create detailed test cases based on business requirements and execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

Logging, tracking, and verifying defects in collaboration with development teams is crucial to maintaining system quality. Ensuring compliance with business rules, regulatory standards, and internal quality benchmarks is a key aspect of the role. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with business analysts and domain experts to gather requirements, understand complex workflows, and recommend process improvements.

Continuous documentation of testing activities and results is expected to support audit and compliance processes.
