We're looking for a smart, confident, and highly organised Process Coordinator to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, follows up without being chased, and can coordinate across teams, vendors, and management with equal ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily workflows between departments and ensure tasks move forward on schedule
- Maintain and update trackers, reports, and MIS dashboards for management review
- Follow up with internal teams, vendors, and clients on pending actions and deadlines
- Handle documentation, filing, data entry, and record-keeping with accuracy
- Identify process gaps and suggest practical improvements to reduce delays
- Manage general office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination as required
Requirements
- 1–8 years of experience in admin, back-office, or process coordination
- Strong MS Excel skills and comfort with Google Sheets
- Clear, confident communication in English and Hindi — both written and verbal
- Sharp follow-up ability and a proactive, no-excuses attitude
- Graduate in any discipline
