Role: Server Manager

Key Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for Technology Services including Infrastructure and Operations Management. He should be technically proficient in server technology, Network, SAN management, databases, data center management, license management.

- This is a individual contributor role
- Strong Hands-On experience on the following technologies but not limited to
- Azure Active Directory , DHCP , DNS , Data center
- Office 365, SSO and SAML integration
- Virtualization & Hosting (VMware, Hypervisor)
- Zscaler & Netskope (Good to have )
- On Prem to cloud migration
- MDM Tools (Good to have )

Azure AD Azure AD Connect, Application registration, SSO integration, Password hash and pass thru, P1 & P2 advantages, WVD, VPN and ExpressRoute MS365 MAM, MDM, Teams, Intune

MS AD User and device management, Group Policy, upgrade

Aware of basic networking concepts like subnetting, VLAN

Good to have working knowledge on

Zscaler – Users, devices, configure policy, assign to user groups

Fortinet SASE-FortiSASE clouddelivered security, SDWAN, Zero Trust, and integration with hybrid cloud environments. Roles often combine networking and cybersecurity responsibilities,



requiring handson Fortinet product experience, cloud adoption skills, and strong troubleshooting abilities.

Netskope-Users, devices, configure policy, assign to user groups

Backup – Dell EMC networker and Backup exec backup and restoration

Security – Microsoft Purview and Defender

Cisco Nutanix-managing, supporting, and optimizing Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), including Acropolis (AOS), Prism, and virtualization platforms administration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and automation

Windows – In-place or side to side upgrade, security hardening, study event log,

BCM Client management and Helix– Patching, remote support, discovery, monitoring
