Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with hospital management and receptionists.
Train staff on Pay ₹0 pitching, eligibility checks and bookings.
Work in office with hospital staff during live operations.
Achieve daily booking and conversion targets.
Identify and resolve operational challenges.
Monitor hospital performance and improve conversions.
Train staff on relevant healthcare services.
Ensure smooth handover to hospital-owned operations.
Monitor performance after handover and provide support when required.
Collect patient feedback and resolve queries.
Travel across assigned hospitals.
