Special Skills

Negotiation Skills, Capacity analysis , Knowledge in Forging & Casting , Incoterm .
Management of suppliers (domestic and imports) as assigned - (PO & Forecasts)
Logistic protocols - Settings optimization on BUY items (MOQ / MTQ / lead times /Planner code & Validation of SR/ASL/BPA) , Safety stocks re-sizing & Supplier KANBAN Management, ASN Implementation, Traceability of parts project
Phasing in / out and production ramp up on BUY/MAKE items
Supplier capacity follow up, Logistics Audit as per plan and action plan follow-up
Engineering Change Order application on BUY/MAKE items
No premium freight to the customer due to delay from supplier or production stoppage
Suppliers homologation logistic side




Coordinating with Quality department, purchase to sort out issues arising with suppliers.
Coordinating with suppliers, for proper paperwork and maintain records.
Reduction of Dead & Sleeping Stock on continuous monitoring of incoming parts
To continuously strive for lead time reduction & supplier delivery performance increase
Coordinate internally for effective Supply chain Management from Input to Output.
Solving document issues with suppliers related to payment and other issues
And other tasks given by the procurement manager and management
