Role & responsibilities
Process Monitoring
Assistance in planning of annual departmental Budget
Implementation of Improvement plans/various schemes
System compliance
Preparation of MOC, RCA ,HAZOP ,HIRA,Aspect Impact ( data Collection , checking relevancy with plant & final document , approval with preparation of TS note, schematic drawing preparation ,PNID updation, Check for payback )




Carrying out periodic plant audits in co -ordination with operation group.
Compilation of all relevant data in case of all process failures / equipment breakdowns / Customer complaints.
Carry out plant audits w.r.t. Safety, process, and energy conservation as scheduled.
Execution of failure analysis recommendations to avoid recurrence.
To work in cross functional team and conduct RCA when required
To do technical evaluation of newer equipment & Instrumentation and provide procurement assistance to purchase department.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering

Additional qualification on SAP will have added advantage
