Role & responsibilities
10+ years in Infrastructure/Platform Engineering with leadership experience.
Solid cloud expertise (OCI/AWS/Azure/GCP) and infrastructure cost optimisation.
Experience building and scaling engineering teams.
Knowledge of HA/DR, databases, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident management.
Hands-on experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA compliance, audits, and VAPT.
Experience supporting customer-managed/on-premise environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidate profile
Hands-on experience with on-premises virtualization platforms (VMware or equivalent) for client-side deployments and upgrades
Experience delivering through implementation and channel partners, holding them to your standards rather than hoping for the best
Exposure to contact center, enterprise SaaS or knowledge management product domains
Experience building or scaling an intern or trainee bench model
Comfortable in an workplace that is mostly container-based but not heavy on Kubernetes
