Develop and provide KPIs and metrics to senior management
Organise and prioritise workloads to meet the demands of the role and consistently hit KPIs
Drive best practice and process efficiencies through continuous improvement and implementation of XBP s product and technology in the Centre of Excellence
Build and develop stakeholder relationships with other managers and the wider business to be best in class
