We are looking for a driven and analytical Python AI/ML Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our cutting-edge technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning models that solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Model Development: Design, train, and test machine learning and deep learning models using standard frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Data Pipeline Management: Assist in building robust data pipelines, ensuring effective data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering from structured and unstructured datasets.
Algorithm Optimization: Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and continuously fine-tune algorithms to improve accuracy, reduce latency, and ensure scalability.
Deployment & Integration:
Deploy machine learning models into production environments and integrate them seamlessly with existing Python-based backend systems and APIs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Document technical processes and communicate model metrics effectively to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Technical Skills
Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on, applied experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models.
Programming Proficiency: Solid coding skills in Python (including Pandas, NumPy) alongside a working knowledge of SQL for database management.
Advanced Regression & Sequence Models: Mandatory knowledge and practical experience with advanced regression models and algorithms, specifically including XGBoost and LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) networks.
Machine Learning Fundamentals: Solid understanding of linear algebra, statistics, and core machine learning algorith
