Automobile Sealant Manufacturing Company
Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Identify recent customers and business opportunities in the automobile and automotive component industry.
Develop business with OEMs, Tier-1, Tier-2, and aftermarket customers.
Generate enquiries, quotations, and new product development opportunities.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
Customer & Market Management
Understand customer requirements, specifications, and application needs.
Conduct regular customer visits and review customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and recent product prospects.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with technical/quality teams for resolution.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key customers.
Sales Planning & Target Achievement
Prepare sales forecasts and achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.




Prepare monthly sales plans based on customer requirements and business potential.
Monitor order status, dispatches, pending orders, and customer commitments.
Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
Review sales performance and take corrective actions where required.
Technical & Product Coordination
Coordinate with R&D;/Technical teams for product trials and customer approvals.
Support development and commercialization of automobile sealants.
Understand applications such as gasket sealing, flange sealing, bonding, thread sealing, and other automotive applications.
Coordinate customer trials, validation, testing, and approval processes.
Communicate technical requirements accurately to internal teams.
Commercial Responsibilities
Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
Monitor customer profitability and contribution margins.
