About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Engineer to provide essential L1/L2 support for business-critical systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the high availability and reliability of applications, diagnosing technical issues, and collaborating with development teams to maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 application support for business-critical systems
Monitor application performance and ensure high availability and reliability
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs
Work closely with development teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments




Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and suggest preventive measures
Manage and monitor application logs, server health, and database performance
Handle incident management, problem management, and change requests
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and escalations
Support application deployments, patches, and upgrades
Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and processes

Requirements
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
Proficiency in MS SQL Server and Oracle Database
Expertise with Apache Tomcat server
Robust understanding of networking concepts
Proven troubleshooting abilities
Familiarity with ticketing tools
Any IT Graduate

Nice to Have
Production support experience
