Independently Drive U.S. Business Development
Prospect and engage decision-makers in the U.S. healthcare market.
Build and nurture relationships with physician practices, medical groups, and other healthcare organizations.
Conduct discovery conversations and understand client pain points.
Develop and manage opportunities independently from prospecting through closure.
Support or lead sales calls across U.S. time zones.
Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Ownership
Take ownership of marketing-generated inbound opportunities.
Ensure timely follow-up and structured lead nurturing.
Build a disciplined pipeline from inbound and outbound sources.
Identify stalled opportunities and develop strategies to move them forward.
Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
Manage and Develop the Sales Team
Lead the India-based SDR/BDR/Sales team.
Establish clear activity, pipeline, and performance expectations.
Coach the team on outreach, discovery, follow-ups, and objection handling.
Build repeatable sales processes and playbooks.




Work Closely With Marketing
Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize inbound lead conversion.
Provide feedback on lead quality and market response.
Support webinars, campaigns, content-led outreach, and other demand-generation initiatives.
Help create a robust connection between marketing activity and sales outcomes.

Candidate Profile
8 to 12+ years of B2B sales/business development experience
Solid experience selling to the U.S. market
Preferably experience in U.S. Healthcare RCM, medical billing, healthcare IT, healthcare technology, or healthcare services
Experience managing a sales or business development team
Solid hands-on experience with lead nurturing and pipeline management
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Ability to independently conduct discovery and sales conversations with U.S. prospects
Strong understanding of the U.S. buyer j
