About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

You will be responsible for developing current features, maintaining existing applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Design, implement, and optimise MongoDB databases and queries.




Convert UI/UX designs and Figma layouts into functional, responsive web interfaces.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Integrate third-party APIs, services, and applications when required.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and optimised for performance.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, QA teams, and other developers.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
Maintain and improve existing websites and web applications.
Stay updated with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with React.js.
Solid backend dev
