Primary Roles and Responsibilities
01. Developing and implementing action plans to meet shift production targets.
02. Monitoring shift-wise production and quality trends.
03. Allocating manpower and ensure loom and material availability for each shift.

Conducting daily quality meetings to reduce rejection rates and enhance fabric quality.
05. Collaborating with the PPC team for shift-wise loom operations, sizing beams, and yarn requirements.
06. Managing weft yarn, warp beams, and color bobbins to ensure uninterrupted loom operation.
07. Conducting production meetings at the end of each shift to review targets.
08. Maintaining discipline among operators and emphasize the importance of product quality.
09. Ensuring safety compliance, proper PPE use, and address near-miss incidents.
10. Analysing reports to address loom issues on a shift basis.
11. Hold weekly meetings to drive overall improvements.
12. Reporting sizing and yarn issues to the PPC team for vendor action.

14. Preparing and share knotting and gaiting checklists daily with the production manager.
