Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage shift-wise production operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of machines and equipment.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams.
- Attend and resolve breakdowns and operational issues.
- Monitor production output, quality, and process parameters.
- Ensure compliance with safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage and guide operators and shift manpower.
- Prepare shift reports and handover details.
- Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
