We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of software projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Asana and be comfortable coordinating with developers, QA, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders. This role requires strong organization, follow-up, communication, and attention to detail.
The person will play an key role in keeping project activities on track, ensuring action items are followed up, and maintaining accurate project documentation and status updates.

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in production support coordination and incident management to help manage and coordinate production issues across Engineering, QA, Product, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
The primary focus of this role will be to ensure that P0, P1, and P2 production incidents are appropriately prioritized, actively tracked, escalated when required, and driven through to resolution.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented,



and comfortable coordinating multiple issues simultaneously. Experience with Asana and ticket/incident management tools is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track P0, P1, and P2 production incidents from identification through resolution.
- Ensure production issues are correctly prioritized based on severity and business impact.
- Act as the primary coordination point between Engineering, QA, Product, Infrastructure, and Business teams during production incidents.
- Ensure the right stakeholders are involved and informed throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Monitor incident progress, follow up on pending actions, and drive timely resolution.
- Identify situations requiring escalation and ensure they are escalated to the appropriate teams or stakeholders.
- Manage multiple production issues simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities and follow-ups.
