Must-Haves:
Conversational AI & RAG: Prior hands-on experience working with conversational AI platforms and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) agents.
Core Development: Solid proficiency in Python
CI/CD & Version Control: Familiarity with standard CI/CD processes and experience utilizing source code management systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, etc.).
Soft Skills: Strong communication and team-oriented skills to work seamlessly across distributed teams.
