We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with a proven track record in B2C and B2B enterprise sales, solution selling, and strategic lead generation. In this role, you will lead our revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and closing enterprise accounts across manufacturing plants, warehousing facilities, and supply chain hubs across India. You will not be selling a generic training commodity- you will be consulting with senior executives (EHS Directors, Supply Chain VPs, Plant Heads, and HR Leaders) on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and workplace transport safety compliance.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
