Key Responsibilities

Company Secretarial and Compliance
Manage all statutory and corporate compliance requirements under the Companies Act and other applicable regulations.
Handle ROC/MCA filings, statutory registers, board meetings, general meetings, resolutions and maintenance of corporate records.
Prepare board meeting agendas, notices, minutes and supporting documents.
Manage compliance related to fundraising, allotment of shares, CCD/CCPS conversion, rights issues, ESOPs and other corporate actions.
Maintain the companys cap table and coordinate with legal advisors, auditors, investors and regulatory authorities.
Ensure timely completion of annual filings and other event-based compliances.

Finance Management
Support the founders in budgeting, cash-flow planning, financial forecasting and overall financial control.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, management dashboards and financial performance summaries.
Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, banking transactions and working-capital requirements.
Coordinate with accountants, statutory auditors,



tax consultants, banks and other financial institutions.
Support statutory audits, due diligence, taxation and financial compliance activities.
Review financial data and highlight any risks, deviations or areas requiring management attention.

Investor Relations
Maintain regular and qualified communication with existing investors.
Prepare periodic investor updates covering financial performance, business progress, milestones and key developments.
Coordinate investor meetings, board meetings and information requests.
Maintain organised records of investment agreements, reporting obligations and investor commitments.
Support the founders during fundraising discussions, due diligence and investor negotiations.

Presentations and Business Cases
Prepare skilled investor presentations, board presentations, financial proposals and business plans.
