Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with solid end-to-end IT project delivery experience across infrastructure and application domains. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in managing multiple concurrent projects, working with client-facing teams, and coordinating cross-functional technical stakeholders in rapid-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver multiple IT projects end-to-end, covering planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure.
Lead projects across both infrastructure and application environments.
Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Work effectively in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, selecting the appropriate delivery approach based on project requirements.
Coordinate with infrastructure, application,



cloud, security, networking, data, and business teams.
Manage senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional teams toward decisions and successful project outcomes.
Handle client-facing communication, project governance, status reporting, escalations, and delivery risks.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, quality, and business objectives are achieved.

Technical Skills & Experience
10+ years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 5+ years of experience delivering IT projects end-to-end.
Strong project delivery experience across infrastructure and application domains.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent project planning tools for milestone tracking, dependency management, and resource forecasting.
