Role Description

This is a remote, contract role for an AI Full Stack Engineer (Copilot & .NET / React) within the CopilotFactory practice. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications and AI-enabled solutions using .NET on the back end and React on the front end.



Day-to-day work includes integrating Microsoft Copilot and related AI services, building reusable UI components, implementing APIs, ensuring secure and scalable architectures, and optimizing application performance. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing code, writing technical documentation, and contributing to solution design and best practices for AI-driven features. The engineer will participate in agile ceremonies, support deployment pipelines, and help troubleshoot production issues as needed.
