Technical and Layout Duties
Setting out and marking ground levels, boundaries, and reference points using tools like total stations.
Checking architectural and structural drawings for any mistakes or design conflicts before work begins.
Providing transparent technical advice and instructions to workers and subcontractors.
Management and Communication
Overseeing daily construction activities and tracking overall project progress.
Coordinating with project managers, architects, vendors, and trade crews to solve sudden site problems.
Maintaining official site records, logs, and progress reports
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
