We are looking for a passionate and motivated HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities for Domestic IT & Non-IT requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT & Non-IT positions
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process

REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in Domestic IT & Non-IT Recruitment preferred
- Robust candidate sourcing and screening skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn recruitment
- Knowledge of Boolean Search
- Candidates who are willing to work from office can apply
- Candidates from Tiruchirappalli will be given preference.
