Position Overview The Senior HR Executive (Regional) is responsible for the operational excellence and regulatory compliance of Mindox Techno’s human capital across its regional footprint, including

Singapore, Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines . You will serve as the subject matter expert for regional labor practices, managing the full employee lifecycle while ensuring all HR processes meet strict

ISO 9001 documentation standards. This role requires a high degree of emotional intelligence and cross-border administrative precision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Payroll & Compliance Management

- Multi-Country Payroll: Lead the end-to-end payroll process for all regional entities, ensuring accurate statutory contributions, tax withholdings, and timely disbursements in accordance with local regulations.
- Statutory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for government divisions (e.g., MOM, EPF/SOCSO, BIR, etc.) to ensure 100% compliance with regional labor laws and filing requirements.
- Finance & IT Integration: Collaborate with the Finance team on payroll audits and tax reconciliations; partner with IT to manage regional system access and digital security for employees.

2. Talent Acquisition & Regional Internship Program





- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the end-to-end hiring process—including sourcing, screening, multi-stage interviewing, and selection—ensuring a "Copy Exact" fit for technical and administrative roles.
- Offer & Contract Governance: Manage the preparation and signing of regionally compliant Service Agreements and Contracts of Employment.
- Internship Leadership: Design and coordinate the Regional Internship Program , building a talent pipeline by engaging with universities and educational institutions across the five operating regions.

3. HR Governance & ISO Standards

- Documentation Architecture: Author and maintain critical HR operational documents, including Regional Employee Handbooks, SOPs, and Corporate Policies.
- ISO Audit Readiness: Prepare and manage all ISO documentation for the Human Resource Department, ensuring that "Copy Exact" methodologies are applied to personnel record-keeping.
- Personnel Records: Oversee the security and integrity of physical and digital personal files, maintaining 100% accuracy in employee data and salary history.

4. Employee Lifecycle & Engagement

- Seamless Transitions: Manage the comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated into the Mindox culture and departing employees are offboarded with legal precision.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily HR operations, including the management of regional holiday calendars, leave balances, and attendance recording.
- Engagement & Culture:



Lead employee engagement initiatives and corporate social activities to foster a unified "One Mindox" culture across all regional offices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years specifically managing Regional/Multi-Country operations.
- Technical Mastery:
- Deep knowledge of labor laws in Singapore and Malaysia (expertise in India, Sri Lanka, or Philippines is a significant advantage).
- Proficiency in regional payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Core Competencies:
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Ability to bridge communication gaps across diverse regional teams.
- Precision & Accuracy: Zero-tolerance for errors in payroll or legal documentation.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage varying time zones and regional holidays while maintaining operational flow.
