- Position: Senior Graphic/Visual Designer Experience: 5 to 6 Years

Locations: Chennai / Bangalore / Pune

In this role, you will be responsible for translating business objectives/content into strong and compelling visual narratives. You will work with the Marketing team to craft innovative marketing stories and artifacts that will increase brand awareness and reputation, drive sales and revenue, and help build relationships with target stakeholders.

Functional Requirements

- Must be a strong visual thinker with a willingness to craft artifacts that can be leveraged across mediums.
- Should have strong design aesthetics, a good understanding of current design/advertising trends, layout, typography, colour theory and pop culture at large. Should understand how visual design needs to work in the context of social media.
- Ability to understand complex business concepts, busy designs and data-heavy content and interpret them into beautiful, easy-to-understand and visually engaging narratives.
- Good understanding of presentation design is a must.
- Should have experience in applying visual hierarchy to decode, simplify and render data-driven information effectively. Should be able to create easy-to-understand charts, graphs and infographics.
- Organized and capable of prioritizing and delivering multiple projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail to deliver pixel-perfect work.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Responsible for designing, producing, updating marketing artifacts, presentations, case study documents, interactive PDFs, branding collaterals, microsites, social media visuals and other visual aids.
- Working with the Marketing team, create compelling, dynamic and thoughtful visual aids and artifacts to meet needs of the business and practice leaders.
- Applying the organizations brand guidelines, develop creative assets for use across mediums and channels.




- Work closely with stakeholders, content writers, domain experts and SMEs to develop engaging on-point visual narratives that help drive the message.
- Able to clearly articulate concepts and design ideas to stakeholders.
- Develop reusable design and presentation templates.
- Catalogue and maintain a design archive for future use.

Minimum Qualifications

- 5 to 6 years of work experience, preferably in the IT services industry.

Experience in a creative agency will be an added advantage.

- Graphics Design/Digital Animation/Fine Arts Degree from an accredited university.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, MS Office, with working knowledge of HTML design, video and print production.
- Online portfolio Behance/Dribbble page showcasing your work.
