Job Description: Seeking a skilled Data Engineer / Analytics Developer with expertise in DBT, Snowflake, Python, and SAS to design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions.
Candidate should have robust experience in data warehousing, ETL/ELT development, data transformation, analytics, and performance optimization.
This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality data products that support reporting, analytics, and decision-making.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using DBT, Python, and Snowflake.
Build and optimize data models, transformations, and data marts within Snowflake.
Develop, test, and deploy DBT models, macros, snapshots, and documentation.
Migrate and modernize legacy SAS-based data processes into cloud-native solutions where applicable.
Create and maintain ETL/ELT workflows to ingest, cleanse, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.




Write productive SQL queries and optimize Snowflake performance, storage, and compute utilization.
Develop Python scripts and frameworks for automation, data processing, and orchestration.
Perform data quality checks, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with business users, analysts, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support reporting, analytics, and data science initiatives by providing reliable datasets.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
Monitor and troubleshoot production data pipelines and resolve issues proactively.
Follow data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
