Position: Diploma Engineer Trainee

Experience Required
Freshers (ITI / Diploma )
Knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields

Note: This position is open only to ITI and Diploma holders. Candidates with B.Tech or M.Tech qualifications are not eligible.

Training & Employment Details
Training Duration: 3 Month
Training Location: Chennai Headquarters - Palavakkam
Stipend: 12,000 per month ( ITI ) Diploma - 15,000 per month
Permanent Employment: Upon successful completion of training
Fixed Salary After Training: 16,000 to 18000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the installation and commissioning of home elevators.
Support senior technicians in mechanical and electrical assembly work.
Learn to read technical drawings, installation manuals, and wiring diagrams.
Perform basic electrical wiring and mechanical fitting under supervision.




Follow installation procedures while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Handle tools, equipment, and installation materials responsibly.
Maintain daily work reports and installation documentation.
Ensure cleanliness and professionalism at customer sites.
Work collaboratively with the installation team and actively participate in learning activities.
Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of Electrical or Mechanical concepts.
Willingness to learn and build a career in the elevator industry. .
Positive attitude, discipline, and robust work ethic.
Ability to travel and work at different project locations.
