The Guest Relations Executive serves as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and visitors at our Paediatric and Neonatology Centre. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences by managing registration, billing, admissions, and follow-ups while providing empathetic counselling, resolving complaints, and supporting clinical teams with EMR (Electronic Medical Records), file management, and quality initiatives. The ideal candidate excels in a quick-paced, child-focused setting, prioritizing compassion, efficiency, and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Registration & Front Office Operations
Register patients accurately for OPD and IPD services.
Perform OP checking and verify patient details.
Maintain patient numbers and daily number collection records.
Support IP admissions and coordinate with clinical teams.
Billing & Financial Support
Assist in OPD and IPD billing processes.
Support labour call billing and related documentation.
Coordinate with billing department for accurate charge entries.
Documentation, EMR & Records
Enter and update patient data in EMR accurately.
Assist doctors and nurses as an EMR assistant.
Prepare and assist in discharge summaries.
Support summary preparation as a summary assistant.
Ensure proper file making and maintenance of patient records.
Perform regular register checks for accuracy and compliance.
Patient Counselling & Coordination
Provide OPD and IPD counselling to patients and attenders.
Conduct consent counselling prior to procedures.
Coordinate floor activities and patient movement.
Participate in quality rounds and ensure service standards.
Patient Care & Problem Solving
Handle patient complaints and resolve issues politely and promptly.
Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, and nursing staff.
