Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Java Full Stack Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture, design, and development of a next-generation enterprise product from the ground up. This is a pure product engineering role requiring a hands-on technology leader who can architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions while balancing business objectives with technical excellence.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise across backend and frontend technologies, cloud-native architectures, microservices, DevSecOps, and enterprise integration. This role demands strategic thinking, robust engineering leadership, and the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design




Design and own end-to-end enterprise architecture for large-scale product development.
Define technology strategy, architecture standards, and engineering best practices.
Build highly scalable, secure, resilient, and cloud-native solutions.
Drive architecture decisions considering scalability, performance, maintainability, and cost optimization.
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Product Engineering
Lead greenfield product development from concept through production.
Define application architecture, reusable frameworks, coding standards, and design patterns.
Ensure modular, API-first, event-driven, and microservices-based architecture.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Full Stack Technology Leadership
Architect backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, GraphQL, Kafka, and distr
