The Principal Technical Program Manager is a critical member of the Commercial DT team, focusing on GE Gas Power’s CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Configuration Front End (CFE) platforms. Responsibilities include providing product vision, roadmap, funding/pacing, and execution strategy; combining product management, business process understanding, application ownership, and cross-functional delivery leadership to ensure applications deliver measurable business value.

In this role, you will manage, coordinate and execute strategic initiatives utilizing technical, organizational and communication skills in support of our Commercial business. You will be the key link between business stakeholders, digital technology teams and end-users to define requirements, prioritize needs, translate requirements into scalable solutions, drive adoption, ensure performance, and continuous improvement.

Job Description:
Own the program strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for CPQ, CFE and associated AI solutions aligned with Gas Power business priorities.




Manage the overall program budget, including the identification of annual scope and budget requirements, as well as the monitoring of monthly budget pacing to ensure financial targets are met.
Act as single point of contact for stakeholders, own stakeholder management and prioritization across single or multiple sub-businesses aligning with project management execution cycle, transparent and proactive communication, governance, user adoption, lean product landscape, and value realization.
Identify business needs, define requirements with explicit business perks, and translate them into actionable product features, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
Ideate opportunities to automate manual processes while driving simplification, standardization, and operational rigor.
Drive measurable business impact through scalable, user-focused digital solutions that improve decision-making,
