Role & responsibilities

1. To Maintain the list of computer system and hardware list as per SOP IT003

2. Perform installation of computer hardware, configuration of operating system and software.

3. Prepare the periodic review and preventive maintenance schedule of computer system as per IT005.

4. Perform the periodic review and preventive maintenance of computer system ass per scheduled

5. Perform the periodic review and preventive maintenance SCADA/HMI/MMI as per QA080.

6. Troubleshooting computer system, printer and network problem and solving faults.

7. To verify the server Backup,



weekly NAS And incremental and Full backup activity.

8. Monitor and maintain server room temperature as per sop IT009.

9. To perform data backup Activity of PLC/HMI/SCADA/blister as per sop IT009.

10. Installation, Monitoring and resolve CCTV related issue with the help vendor.

11. Current user id ( Domain id ) creation/Activation/deactivation.

12. Manage the user creation/modification/deactivation/activation of quality control department and production equipment,
