Role Summary:

The Assistant Manager Product Management shall support the Bath & Kitchen category in driving product lifecycle management. The role will be responsible for supporting new product development initiatives, coordinating product launch activities, ensuring cross-functional alignment, monitoring project execution, gathering market insights, managing product documentation, supporting supply readiness, and developing marketing and launch collateral to enable successful commercialization and category growth.

Roles and Responsibility:

Product Development & Recent Product Launches
- Support end-to-end execution of Current Product Development (NPD) projects from ideation to commercialization.
- Coordinate Stage Gate deliverables and ensure timely closure of actions across functions.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalate delays to ensure successful launch execution.
- Work closely with Design, R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance and Supply Chain teams during product development.
- Assist in preparation of business cases,



product requirement documents, product specifications and launch proposals.

Business Planning & Cross-functional Coordination
- Manage review schedules, documentation, meeting minutes and action trackers.
- Ensure readiness of deliverables for Gate Reviews as per organizational NPD process.
- Drive alignment among Procurement, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing and Sales teams for project execution.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of agreed actions.

Supply & Procurement Coordination
- Coordinate with Procurement teams for supplier onboarding, sourcing activities and supply readiness.
- Monitor material availability and support smooth transition from development to commercial production.
- Track critical components and support risk mitigation plans to avoid launch disruptions.
