Role Summary

The Tech PMO will be responsible for end-to-end release governance and cross-functional coordination across the delivery lifecycle, from requirement intake through UAT and production release. The role requires robust stakeholder management, milestone tracking, risk management, and release planning expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate requirement intake and ensure alignment among Product, Technology, UAT, and cross-functional teams.
- Support release planning through capacity management, prioritization, and dependency tracking.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, blockers, and escalations.
- Prepare and present project status reports and executive-level updates.
- Track UAT readiness and coordinate release governance activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication throughout the release lifecycle.




- Manage end-to-end release tracking, including go/no-go meetings and sign-off processes.
- Ensure smooth production releases through effective planning and coordination.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-6 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Program Management, or Release Management roles.
- Solid experience in release governance and cross-functional coordination.
- Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones across multiple workstreams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with UAT coordination and production release processes.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, or similar project management tools.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
