1. HR Operations Lead

Designation: Manager- HR Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Induction & Onboarding

• Employee Engagement Initiatives

• Non-Monetary Rewards & Recognition

• Goal Setting, including KRAs & KPIs

• HR Data Analytics

• Preparation and submission of HR MIS for the Group HR Head

2.Training & Development Head

Designation: Manager- Top & Middle Talent

Key Responsibilities

Consolidate & refine TNI data from all HoDs (Pre & Post PMS)

Identify training resources and prepare L&D; Plan & Budget





Obtain management approval for L&D; initiatives

Implement and monitor the approved L&D; Plan

Evaluate training effectiveness and outcomes

3. Talent Acquisition Head

Designation: Manager- Top Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

· Manpower Planning & Annual Operating plan AOP-based Hiring

· Talent Sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri & Consultants

· Reference & Background Verification

· Candidate Documentation & Interview Coordination

· Compensation Negotiation & Hiring Cost Control

· Minimize Candidate Dropouts & Early Attrition.

4. Training & Development Lead

Designation: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Aggregate and refine Level 0 & Level 1 Training Need Identification (TNI).

· Develop L&D; Plan and Budget using internal/external training resources.

· Implement and monitor the approved L&D; Plan.

· Evaluate and improve training effectiveness.

· Develop and maintain the training knowledge bank.
