About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate – IT to drive new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have an IT background or IT sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently interact with B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT products, services, or solutions.
- Handle B2B and B2C sales activities and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.
- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to convert opportunities into business.
- Coordinate with technical,



delivery, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM/other reporting systems.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and business development targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging IT solutions to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in IT Sales / Business Development / B2B or B2C Sales is preferred.
- Candidates with an IT/technical background and strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
