Key Responsibilities:
Asset Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies and programs.
Ensure the effective maintenance and utilization of plant assets to achieve optimal performance and longevity.
Carry out online/offline condition monitoring of critical equipment (vibrations, temperature, lubrication, wear).
Monitor vendor performance KPIs (quality, response time, cost, service reliability).
Training & Development, Awareness sessions.
Lean Strategies:
Identify prospects for improving asset performance and efficiency.
Implement optimization projects and initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Reliability Engineering:
Apply reliability engineering principles to improve equipment reliability and availability.
Conduct root cause analysis and failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) to address recurring issues and prevent equipment failures.
Maintenance Management:
Oversee the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.




Ensure alignment between condition-based maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyse performance data and metrics to monitor asset health and identify trends.
Prepare and present detailed reports on asset performance, optimization efforts, and improvement outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on asset performance and operational efficiency.
Implement best practices and cutting-edge solutions to enhance plant reliability and productivity.
Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage budgets for asset management and optimization projects.
Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of optimization initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and maintenance, to achieve asset optimization goals.
