Plan raw material requirements as per production schedules.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly material planning and ensure availability.
Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock.
Track consumption and identify slow, non-moving, excess, and shortage stock.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts.
Manage receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and stock updates.
Ensure proper GRN, documentation, and system entries.
Conduct physical stock checks and reconcile with records.
Follow up on material lead times and pending purchases.
Prepare inventory MIS and reports for management.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, stacking, and FIFO/FEFO.
Inventory accuracy and stock variance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
