Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Factory Supervisor with a Mechanical Engineering qualification to manage day-to-day factory operations, supervise production activities, ensure manpower utilization, and maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily factory and production activities.
Plan and allocate work to operators, fitters, welders, and other production workers.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
Supervise the operation and maintenance of mechanical machinery and equipment.
Identify machine breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team for quick resolution.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, tools, and materials.




Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with production specifications.
Maintain daily production, manpower, machine, and material records.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and HR departments.
Ensure workers follow company safety rules and SOPs.
Conduct regular inspection of machines, tools, and workplace conditions.
Minimize production downtime, wastage, and rejection.
Train and guide workers regarding work procedures, safety, and machine handling.
Report production issues, machine problems, quality concerns, and manpower requirements to management.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor.
Handle day-to-day worker discipline and operational issues.
Implement management instructions and ensure proper execution on the shop floor.
