Job Summary

Hiring: JAMF L3 Engineer | . We are looking for a JAMF L3 Engineer with strong experience in JAMF Pro and Apple device management.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain JAMF Pro workplace
Handle Apple device lifecycle (deployment to decommissioning)
Provide L2/L3 support for complex issues
Create policies, profiles, and security configurations
Perform patch management for macOS and iOS
Maintain inventory and reporting
Develop scripts for automation (Bash/Python/AppleScript)
Ensure security compliance and collaborate with teams

Requirements
5+ years of relevant JAMF experience (Total 7 years)
Robust knowledge of macOS and iOS
Positive troubleshooting and scripting skills
Experience with MDM and security practices
Familiarity with ServiceNow / Jira / ManageEngine
Preferred JAMF 200 or 300 certification
Experience with Apple Business Manager
ITIL knowledge.
