Role & responsibilities
Install configure, maintain, and upgrade DB2 subsystems.
Plan and execute DB2 version migrations and maintenance. Configure data sharing environments.
Manage DB2 infrastructure availability, resiliency, and disaster recovery. Optimize subsystem performance and resource consumption.
Support application teams during major incidents and performance issues.



Define standards for utilities, backup, recovery, and capacity growth.
